The restaurant near me still doesn’t have their system setup to redeem rewards points. I already lost my free sign up coupon of $5 off any purchase (promo expired) before I could be allowed to use it. I’ve checked back with them maybe more 2 times over the past month and a half and it’s always a “sorry it’s not working.” Also, they should include the user terms/exclusions/max discount in the descriptions of the coupons. Edit: Just learned today you can use the promos via mobile order.
I tried to redeem my points but it only took off only about half of my breakfast combo. Your app has not worked since you started this new one. Your company is better than this. You really need to fix these issues because unfortunately your front line employees and managers take the brunt of your IT issues which surely isn’t fair to them. These IT issues need to be fixed because it sure makes your company look inadequate.
The app was easy to install. It was a challenge to register. It kept asking for code to complete. Just as I was going to uninstall, the registration was complete.
Not a good first-time experience with the new app. It would not let me continue with my order because of a question about if I want cheese or not. The order was not complete as requested per the app. There was no way to get my senior discount. If the app is not corrected, I won’t be using it again.
